Our Commitment

At TheHumanHairShopNG by Betranbunds Lux Enterprise, we take pride in delivering high-quality human hair products. While all sales are considered final, we offer limited refunds and exchanges under the conditions listed below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only when all of the following conditions are met:

• A refund request is made within 73 hours (3 days) of receiving the order.
• The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with lace uncut.
• There is a fundamental issue with the hair texture, lace, or product quality originating from our end.
• You provide clear photo or video evidence and proof of purchase.

Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds if any of the following apply:

• The request is made after 73 hours of delivery.
• The hair has been installed, washed, dyed, brushed, or altered.
• The product is a custom or final-sale item.
• The issue was caused after delivery (e.g., by misuse, heat, improper care).

Installment Orders

Orders placed on installment payment plans are non-refundable once delivered. Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of the first payment only if the item has not yet been shipped.

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges within 7 days of delivery if all of the following are true:

• The product is in original condition (unused, uncut lace, unwashed).
• The item is not final sale, discounted, or customized.

Exchange Availability

Exchange requests are subject to availability or may be converted into store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Email us with your order number, issue description, and photos.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take 3–10 business days to reflect in your account.
